Alumni House & Conference Center
The Alumni House and Conference Center, located at 286 Central Avenue at the main entrance to the campus, is available to off-campus and on-campus groups. Visitors are sure to enjoy the informal home like atmosphere that the Alumni House has to offer.

1st Floor Conference Room
A multi purpose room that can be used for lectures, presentations, luncheons, dinners and receptions. The room features a fireplace, bookcases and French doors which lead out to the front patio. It can accommodate 16 - 18 people in a conference style setting and up to 32 for sit down dinners.

Great Room
An informal room that can be used for casual receptions, buffets or served meals. It features a cathedral beamed ceiling, four French doors opening onto a brick patio overlooking the backyard. It seats 8 people for a sit down style dinner. The room can be combined with the Patio, Garden Room & 1st Floor Conference Room.

Garden Room
This room is ideal for a sit down breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail & hors d'oeuvre receptions and mixers. It seats up to 32 people for sit down or Buffet style meals. The room can be combined with the Patio, Great Room & 1st Floor Conference Room.

Guest Room
This room features queen size accommodations with a television, VCR, alarm clock, writing desk, small refrigerator, coffee maker, as well as a private bath. Campus and public telephone systems are available. The room has a security lock with code access.

Patio (seasonal)
The patio can be used for a sit down breakfast, lunch, dinner, barbecue as well as cocktail & hors d'oeuvre receptions and mixers. It seats 48 people as a sit down dinner or buffet style setting. A tent can be rented and provided at the request of the customer. 48 white lawn chairs are available for seating.
