The Debit Account Plan has 9 options in $100 increments. The Debit Account Plan options start at $300 up to $1000. A $2,000 Debit Account Plan is also available. The Debit Account is a prepaid, taxable account. This account offers you the convenience of purchasing items at select locations on the SUNY Fredonia campus without carrying cash, just present your FREDCard. To open a Debit Account Plan, please fill out an enrollment card and return it to FSA, PO Box 286, Fredonia, New York 14063-0286.

Cash Withdrawals From This Account Are Not Allowed
Any funds remaining in your Debit Account at the end of the semester will be rolled over to the next semester. In addition, you will also receive and be billed the amount selected for Fall on the Spring University Billing form except for $2,000 account holders. You will receive and be billed $600 in Spring. Refund of any unused balance over $10 can be requested only at the end of the academic year, or upon separation from SUNY Fredonia. Your request must be in writing to FSA, PO Box 286, Fredonia, New York 14063-0286 within 90 days after separation from SUNY Fredonia.

Adding Money to Your Account
Adding money to your Debit Account is convenient and easy. It can be done from your computer by going to MyFREDCard.com or by stopping into the FSA office located in Gregory Hall.

Textbook Pre-Pack
Allow the University Bookstore to pre-package your textbooks for you by opening your Debit Account Plan in the amount of $600 or more. This service is free. By selecting the Pre-Pack option, you will have first access to used textbooks. To order, please check the Pre-Pack box on your Debit Account Plan Enrollment Card. Dorm Survival Kit
To order, please check the Dorm Survival Kit box on your Debit Account Plan Enrollment Card. The $150 fee will be deducted from your Debit Account. Items may be substituted. For more information on the contents of the dorm survival kit please visit the FSA University Bookstore page (Here).

Residence Hall Delivery
Delivery of Pre-Packs and/or Dorm Survival Kits to your residence hall is available for a $10 fee. To order, please check the Residence Hall Delivery box on your Debit Account Plan Enrollment Card. The $10 fee will be deducted from your Debit Account.
